Die Ausstellung beleuchtet bedeutende Meilensteine der queeren Geschichte und zeigt den Weg der LGBTQIA+ Bewegung – von den Anfängen 1969 in den USA bis heute im ländlichen Bayern 🌄.
Neben historischen Ereignissen liegt der Fokus auf queeren Personen, die heute im Allgäu leben: Ihre Geschichten, Beweggründe und ihr Engagement für die Rechte der LGBTQIA+ Gemeinschaft werden vorgestellt 💬🤝.
So zeigt sich, wie das Streben nach Gleichberechtigung auch in ländlichen Regionen geführt wird und welche Herausforderungen und Erfolge dabei erlebt werden ✊
Die Ausstellung ist während der Öffnungszeiten der St. Mang Kirche geöffnet und kann in der Südhalle besichtigt werden. (täglich von 08:00-18:00 Uhr)
